Huge IT Plugin only showing shortcode

Hi,
I have just installed your plugin. When I test it at https://www.cherrysodajewellery.co.uk/blog/cherry-soda-test-blog/ I only see the shortcode [huge_it_gallery id=”1″]
Please can you help? Plugin is enabled and all software and plugins are latest versions.
