    Hello,

    I am trying to install a Huge IT Portfolio with links to embedded video files from Vimeo on a page of my Harmonic themed webpage, katztale.com.

    I have been encountering errors when I install the portfolio on the page. The error reads, “Nothing Found”. I contacted Huge IT and was told that the error is derived from the Harmonic Theme.

    Could you advise?

    Hi Sarah,

    I started a live chat on the Huge IT plugin’s site and a member of their support team let me know that the page you linked them to here does not yet exist:

    Looking at your site’s sitemap, I’m only seeing the following two published pages:

    Could you please double check that the page you added the portfolio too has been published and is not set to private? The Huge IT support team will need to be able to see the error that their plugin generates on an published page in order to be able to help. They’ll be in the best position to help you troubleshoot further from there.

    Hello Siobhan,

    Thank you very much for your assistance. The page that you are referring to is not the page I have questions about. Huge IT created a test page to test the portfolio and it seems Huge IT directed you to that page.

    The page that I am referring to was Private and I just changed the settings to public. It is a page titled “Portfolio”.
