    I am totally disapointed with the HORRIBLE support service THEMEISLE.COM provides to their customers.
    ,I’ve been asking for refunds for my purchase, once the THEME does not suits my needs and they always send us to the same contact page – and only send by email the automatic response.

    I hope after this complaint THEMEISLE contact me and process my REFUND REQUEST and and show they are not SCAMMERS.

    I have tried searching your name in our system but I couldn’t find an account tied to this username thus I suppose you must have used a different e-mail.

    We always do perform our refunds if they respect our refund policy and in your case, most probably your mail was marked as spam for some reason, thus it might not have reached us.

    If that didn’t work and you do not get a response from us within 8 hours, you can try using the pre-sales contact form..
