HugeIT Video Gallery disappered leaving only “1/1”

    After updating WordPress, the gallery disappeared on the page, leaving only a mark “1/1” (pagination I presume). The only method to get it back visible was to change the Video Gallery Custom options Views to Video slider. As this is not what I want is there something to do to fix this? Lightbox Video Gallery is what i need.

    I am sorry for the issue, we just checked that on our side and couldn’t see that issue.

    May I ask to give us more details, such as:

    your WP version, OS , Browser, Theme name

    Great, I will turn it on the Lightbox mode now, so you can see it.

    WP version: 4.7.1
    OS: Win7
    Browser. Chrome 55.0.2883.87 m (64-bit)
    Theme: National

    Also I couldn’t duplicate the gallery in the Video Gallery dashboard.

    Did you use pagination? Please check the valu per page im the pagination Make sure it is not 0 or empty or a number more than you gallery items. And please after you check this, contact us [email protected]

    So I have contacted you. Option for pagination is on, but cannot be changed. Adding a value does not help. I have embedded some of the videos on the page trough Youtube, cause I cannot keep the page blank for days.

    I would love have the old gallery back. Do you have any hints? I must try another options if this just holds.

    We are having the same issue here. Any update on this?
