Human Condition install for 1.2.2

Greetings,

I’m asking a simple question, but in it are a list of presumptions. Instead of going step by step– only to learn I can’t reach the goal– I’m going to give you the entire picture to make sure I’m going down the correct path.

I’ve got 1.2.2 up and running. Finally. Yay– confetti falls.

I’ve looked around at Alex’s website and believe I’ve seen most of the WP template themes. What, about 20-30? I’m not missing another 200 themes somewhere, am I?

I’ve chosen one, Human Condition, that hits the spot. It lives here:

Some presumptions: later on, if I wish, I can change a background color or two. I know I’d have to learn how to do this, but I presume I could do it later, right?

So the next question is HOW to install. Am I right in thinking there isn’t ONE way to do this yet? The Wiki and this support forum seem to oddly skirt the issue.

Am I missing a good tutorial? Or should each theme provide it’s own install instructions?

Just trying to get my head around this folks.
