I’ve recently started having 500 errors on my webpage, because of resource usage, my host provider support stated the humming performance was using over 1,3Gb of memory thus depleting my plan resources.
I’ve deleted the plugin few months ago, and already checked all the files the in the htaccess, cache_advanced and wp_config

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @vieiraheitor !

Hope you’re having a good week!

This sounds very odd indeed, as deleting a plugin will remove all of the code from the site and it won’t be able to use any resources anymore. Even deactivating a plugin will immediately stop it from being used on the site and taking up any RAM or CPU power.

I see that the ticket is marked as resolved though, are you able to confirm that the issue is now fully resolved? In case you need any assistance, please feel free to let us know.

    Warm regards,
    Pawel

    Hi @wpmudev-support9
I found it odd as well, but the host support insisted on the subject, so I came here after finding some remaining hummingbird files.

The case is indeed resolved, I’ve double checked the webpage logs, and confirmed that they had made a mistake on the diagnosis, I’ve tried to delete this topic, but wasn’t able to do so, so I marked it as resolved.

    Best regards

    Hello @vieiraheitor !

Glad to hear that’s resolved at least ??

If you see an option to report the topic for moderation in the sidebar, possibly you can select Other and request deletion. Not sure if the moderators will do that, but worth a try.

    Warm regards,
    Pawel
