Hi, I have inserted your plugin and I have actually realized that the site, after a virus, is the object of continuous attack: in the sense that I have now realized that there are hundreds of access requests every day. I have changed the password by setting a very difficult one but the requests continue to be there, I have decreased the number of access attempts and increased the lookout time but what else can I do to discourage and block this situation?
The attacker is known to use a proxy with which he changes IP every 2/3 minutes, so I can’t even block by IP, strain or state

    Thanks

We recommend using a premium version which will automatically protect your site using IP intelligence from thousands of WP sites. The actual traffic is something you can control using a proxy.

@wpchefgadget I have exactly the same problem. And if your solution is to upgrade to a premium version, then your plugin doesn’t work. Because supposedly, the free version should be able to block any IP after the number of access attempts that the user stablishes in settings, and that is NOT happening.
Should be no need to upgrade to plugin to fix this issue.

Our Limit Login Attempts Reloaded premium app is intelligent enough to determine if your web server is not properly configured to work with a proxy server, which is why we recommend upgrading to avoid these issues.

Free users can add custom configurations via the Trusted IP Origins field within the plugin, but this requires advanced technical support. Please reach out to your hosting provider for assistance. You should notify your web hosting provider as soon as possible so that they could fix that issue.
