Hundreds of cron jobs created constantly

I noticed Crons aren’t working right on my site, and while I’m not sure if it’s related, I definitely noticed that the pluigin seems to add several hundred hooks for activitypub_delete_actor_interactions per day. Even manually running crons via WP-CLI the jobs seem to pop right back immediately so the Site Health always shows me with late cron jobs.

Haven’t dug into the code so I don’t know what it’s doing, but really seems like it should be an every X minutes task instead of queuing up single-runs, because I’ve got a very basic setup with a couple hundred posts and just a few activitypub followers so far, but it just absolutely spams whatever this hook is.
