Hundreds of spam emails

  • Nice UI, but the plugin is allowing us to have HUNDREDS of spam emails on our websites, with Captcha enabled..

    And not on one website, but two…

    disabled it on one and we have stopped receiving spam… AMAZING

    Thanks for your feedback and I apologize for the trouble you’re having with spam!

    You mentioned that you had a captcha enabled on your form but in case it helps, we recently released WPForms update 1.7.6 that includes integration with Akismet Anti-Spam.

    If you’re not familiar with Akismet Anti-Spam, this is a free anti-spam plugin that’s quick to set up on your site. I’ve included our guide to setting up this free solution with WPForms here.

    We have some other built-in spam protection options with WPForms as well. If you’d be able to let me know which captcha you were using on your forms I’d be happy to recommend some other solutions too.
