    Hi,

    I am having trouble with emails syncing and being added to Mailchimp.

    I have connected the API key and selected the correct list to use. I have added local list integration as well.

    I renamed the name field to FNAME to be consistent with Mailchimp. The only other field is email.

    The success message is displayed and the emails are going to local list.

    I get the same problem whether I use an embed or a pop-up.

    When I trouble shoot in Email Lists, under Active Integrations, it says No – data is not being sent to Mailchimp.

    I have selected the option to Automatically opt in new users to the mailing list. I checked the mailbox / junk folder of the test email I am using and nothing has appeared.

    Please can you help.

    You can save it as a TXT file in Google Drive or Dropbox and then share with us the URL so we may look into this.

    Thank you for sharing the popup!

    I’ve tested it on my own test site and it worked fine there so the popup itself is fine.

    I did, however, have to use my own integration as I can’t use yours (have no access to it). The submission was successfully added to my list.

    If you go to “Hustle -> Email Lists” and check these failed submissions (where it says it was not sent to MailChimp) does it say anything more in “Info” or “Member status” line (if you expand the mailchimp line – there’s a down arrow on the left)?

    Is this happening always or for just some e-mails and if for some only – were these addressed by any chance ever subscribed to this same MailChimp audience already before?

    Hi Adam,

    Thank you so much for your time. I used a different email to test with and it works.

    Yes, I was using an email address that had previously been subscribed to Mailchimp.
