Hustle + Mailchimp Integration Not Working

    I recently tried to set up an integration of my hustle to Mailchimp. I got the API key all set up and really don’t see what else I need to do. However, it’s almost been a month now and nothing has imported to Mailchimp. I know old contacts won’t import but I have a couple hundred new emails/month and I have seen nothing come through to Mailchimp. Am I missing a set up step?

    I have tested MC integration on my test site just now and the subscription worked without any problems for me:

    It could be that something is missing from your setup so let’s make sure that you have it correctly set up.

    You mentioned that you have API set up, you are referring to integration setup from the Hustle > Integrations panel, is that correct?
    This step is only to connect your Mailchimp account, you still need to enable Mailchimp for the popup/slide-in/embed you wish to use it.
    So please edit your popup/slide-in/embed and switch to Integrations tab there.
    You will see a list of Active apps and Connected apps, and you would want to have your Mailchimp integration in Active apps.
    If it’s in the connected apps then click on the Plus icon next to it and that will open further setup steps where you can select your desired list, group and tag, and finish the setup.

    After that is done update your popup/slide-in/embed and that should be it.

    Oh I feel stupid now. I’ve changed the settings now and I’m sure that will fix it. Thank you for your kind response despite me being the problem!
