hustle plugin error “Something Went Wrong Please Try Again”

    hi, I have and issue first error. this error message, “Something Went Wrong Please Try Again”, This appears every single time, It’s driving me crazy
    second error: the icon on the email box is over the letters, fixit please.
    By the way, when the person clicks the submit button, the thank-you message does not appear , and when the person clicks the button, the message is not automatically closed
