Hustle popup embed and slidein not working

Could you please describe a bit more the issue?

Isn’t it trigging on the front end?

Can you see or edit the slide-in on the WordPress dashboard > Hustle?

Hi sir,

It’s not working in front end…I am able to edit and publish but it’s not showing in frontend…and this happens since the latest update of wordpress..before it’s working fine…since then no popup,embed or slide in works in front end….could you look into this…hustle is very amazing plugin…but it’s not working now….

Please help me accordingly..

Thanks for response!

That sounds like it’s most likely cache and/or assets-related issue.

Are you using any asset optimization plugins on site (that are, for example, doing JS/CSS miniifcation) and/or any cache on site/server?

If yes, could you try

– resetting that asset optimization or disabling it entirely (for testing)
– clearing all caches on site and server and in browser
– re-saving your popup/slide-in settings after that

If that doesn’t help, could you please point me to the page on your site that is supposed to show such popup/slide-in but it doesn’t?

Yes I am using autoptimize plugin but I have already checked after disabling the plugin…it’s still not showing…I have remove the cache as well it still not helping me…right now I have not published any slidein or popup as it is not working…just let me know what I have to do…could you look into this…this is my website url(https://www.sportshubnet.com/)…if you need any temporary login to my dashboard let me know…

Hi @coolkhan

If cache/optimization changes didn’t help then it will most likely be some conflict but it’s difficult to tell without checking that on site.

Could you publish some popup/slide-in on the site again (you might add it to some “test” page that you’ll create), confirm that it’s still not working there even though it’s publised, and point me to the place on your site where I can take a look (at front-end)?

Also, there’s an option to export each popup/slide-in from Hustle so could you export one example popup or slide-in (that didn’t work for you) and share export code with us here?

Note: please make sure to mark export as “code” in the post or share it via e.g. pastebin.com service or via your Dropbox/Google Drive or similar file storage.

Hi @coolkhan,

I checked the source of the website and could notice Hustle HTML structures but the popup isn’t loading as you have pointed.

As mentioned in our previous reply could you please export your popup as shown in the following screenshot:

And share that export file with us so that we could import the popup and check whether there is any specific setting missed within the plugin settings or whether its a conflict.

You can use pastebin.com, Google Drive/Dropbox etc cloud services to share the export.
