Can you verify if the PopUp is enabled?

Another setting that I saw on the JSON is that PopUp only triggers when the Adblock is detected.

I tested the JSON imported on Firefox and Chrome, in both cases I could see the PopUp.

In case you would like to PopUp to trigger to all users, you can switch the option to Time or Scroll, but if you would like to stay on Adblock, could you please let us know which Adblock extension you are using and we can try to replicate the problem.

Thank you so much for your reply.

“Trigger when adblock is detected” option was OFF when I check it.
And I added the scroll trigger option to 15% and it worked. Thanks.
And I have a question.
When I configure Time (5sec), Scroll (15%), and Exit intent options to ON, how the pop-up trigger works? Does it work if any of the triggers is activated?

I’m afraid you can only have one behaviour setup per pop as of now. It would not be possible to have multiple behaviours set up on one pop up.

Though you can have multiple pop-ups with unique behaviours on all of them which could work for you.
