    Hi,

    I contacted you like one year ago about this issue but regarding the free version. This bug still persists in the newest free version. To be concrete when I integrate Mautic codes, your plugin removes attribute data-mautic-form and then validation of the form doesn’t work properly.

    Can you tell me when it will be fixed? I am still using the old version, where the bug was not, and keep waiting but the bug is still there in any new versions, so I am not able to upgrade.

    Sorry to hear you are having this problem.

    I checked my website but I couldn’t get the same problem.

    Could you please let us know the version that you updated from?

    If possible, also the WordPress version and the PHP version that you are using so we can try to replicate. This problem should be fixed already.

    About the mautic, could you please create a new ticket and we can work on both issues using its own thread?

    Hi,

    • the version of the plugin I tried updated from and which works is 6.0.4.2
    • WP version is probably 5.5.0 (the one before 5.5.1 – I am gonna upgrade soon to 5.5.1)
    • PHP version is 7.4

    Thank you for the information.

    I tried to install the 6.0.4.2 and update to the latest version but I couldn’t replicate the problem.

    On the WordPress 5.5 it allows you to install a plugin from WordPress > Add Plugins > Add New > Upload using the Zip file without need to remove the old one.

    Could you please try to download the latest version from the plugin page: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wordpress-popup/

    And reinstall from WordPress > Plugins?

    It will ask if you would like to replace the version, confirm the action.

    Flush all caches, if your hosting has object cache, it is important to flush too.
