It seems that the slide-in (or Hustle plugin) isn’t currently active on site as I can’t see it anywhere.
Usually issues like that are related to either some conflict on site (due to other plugin’s scripts) or due to Hustle scripts not being loaded or executed correctly for some reason. But it’s difficult to say for sure without checking it.
Could you put that slide-in on some test page on the site and share link to it so we could take a closer look?
Could you also share the export of the slide-in with us so we could check it on our end?
To do so:
– go to “Hustle -> Slide-ins” page in site’s back-end
– click on a little “gear” icon next to slide-in in question
– select “Export” option from menu
– then put downloaded json file on your Google Drive, Dropbox or similar account and include direct (publicly viewable) link to it in response below.
Privacy note: this will only export slide-in template and settings and it won’t include any submitted data or other data/information about your site.
