hwo to ask your visitors a question

    Hi, i want to ask my visitors a question and was wondering if anyone knows of a plugin that can do this.

    Its for band website so what it needs to do is ask “where would you like us to play?” and visitors can leave their response, did think of just doing this with comments in a post category but would rather keep it separate.

    Any suggestions?
