Hyperlink animated gif to page

    Is it possible to link an animated gif to another page in my website, rather than linking it to the site that the gif came from (eg giphy)? My site currently has static pictures that link to other pages within my site, but I’d like to swap out those static pictures with animated gifs, but maintain the link to other pages within my site.
