Hyperlink with image no longer working?

    Using the same Vimeo ColorBox shortcode for nearly 2 years. Suddenly, the hyperlink=”img src=’https://wp-content/uploads/2020/01/01/xyz.jpg’ ” does not work. Nothing is displayed. If I replace the img tag with plain text (e.g., “Watch video…”) that works fine.

    The last update to this code’s template was in Feb. It only stopped working in the past 2 weeks (I don’t know exactly when.)

    Could it be another plugin conflict?
    Any ideas? Anyone?
