hyperlinks do not work

  • all versions of nextGen Gallery from 2.0 to 2.0.10beta render my website unusable. All pages except my homepage that are available or anything that I click on that would other wise take me to older posts, slideshows, other pages, whatever, take me back to the top of my homepage. I have disabled all plugins except nextGen Gallery. I purchased the pro version when it first came out and have not been able to use it since because of this plugin rendering the website unusable. I am using theme Twenty Ten with 4 widgets. If this can not be fixed am I going to be able to get my money back for the pro version?

    BTW I am able to get back to pre 2.0 version by rolling back to Version 1.9.13 and all is back to normal except for not being able to use the bells and whistles that come with 2.0 and NextGenPro!

    @ekoonce: We’d love to get access to your site to trouble shoot it if you are willing. We’d need to get WordPress and FTP credentials. And what we’d do is update you to the latest version and then immediately troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Or if we can’t do so quickly, just roll you back to 1.9.13 again.

    If you are willing to let us do that, you can submit a bug report, link to this issue, and say Erick asked for credentials for the everything-redirects-to-homepage issue.

    We’ve seen this odd issue reported from a couple other users and I think we have access to one now, so if you’d rather not provide access, that’s OK too.

    Here this error is resolved with the latest beta 2.0.11!
