Hyperlinks doesn’t works correctly

    Hello.
    I have a problem with Hyperlinks. If i add some Hyperlink it works fine for some time, and disappears. It Looks Like:

    – I’m adding hyperlink
    – The link redirects correctly to mydomain.com/xxx-xxx-xxx
    – the next day the link stops working, the link is gone and redirect to
    mydomain.com/#

    I was looking for a solution on the forum and google, but i could find anything.

    I Use Financio Theme and Gutenverse 1.6.2

    Update:
    Hyperlinks are gone while editing. If you choose editor mode, the save button is active. I think there’s a bug because I don’t make any changes.
    If i select a block with a hyperlink, there is nothing, but if i refresh page without saving “changes’ hyperlinks works correctly

    hi @groobynv @sligogirl54, can you tell us more about the problem?

    1. what element you add with permalink? is the issue exist on both gutenverse block and also the core block?
    2. editor mode you mention is visual editor? or code editor?
    3. its changing right after you save?

    I will need to replicate your issue because i don’t get those issues on my side. it will very helpful it you tell me how to replicate the issue step by step.

    I’m using the Gutenverse block. It holds for a while (maybe a few hours), then goes back to not having any link at all even though I put one in. Once that happens, the url has a # after it, so definitely a bug, but have no idea how to fix. Very annoying, and I’m an amateur web designer so that doesn’t help. It’s not happening anywhere else on the site though. I’ll add a link to the website down below so you get an idea of what I’m talking about. Under the Our Services boxes on the home page, you’ll see Read more. That’s where it is happening. Maybe I should delete them and add another new block entirely. Also, having trouble getting the navigation menu to show on the home page. https://www.tuffyassociates.com/

    The problem occurs in visual mode. I dont use code editor.
    I’m on the home page in normal mode then I go into edit mode (Visual). Immediately after switching to edit mode, the “Save” button is active. If I save the page, the hyperlinks are gone.

    Financio Theme -> Start Page -> “Our services” blocks <-

    I’m switching themes. Can’t deal with this, unfortunately.

    for moment, please set your link to the root of icon box instead of the button. instead of selecting button (inside icon box), choose icon box instead and set from there. please see image for more detail. https://imgur.com/a/AoQo7Rm

    The “save” button is still active. when trying to add a hyperlink to “Read More ->”, gutenverse selects the entire icon box. Should i add hyperlink to icon box? I’m afraid I won’t be able to take it back

    hi @groobynv, its fine. hyperlink should be set on icon box. it seems save button being active because of button of icon box get focused. there is no difference between generated code when button get focused.
