hyperlinks in posts not visible in magic post listing

I have hyperlinks in my post but they are not visible or linkable in my right sidebar where I have set the widget with magic post listing. https://web791.login-4.loginserver.ch/2/
Is this a known bug or missing function or something wrong with my settings? thanks in advance. for your support.
