The following support page describes how to insert a hyperlink into a post

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/links/

It demonstrates that you can search your existing posts/pages to link to in the dialog, without having to find them yourself via Posts/Pages or the website itself and manually copy the url in.

When I look at the hyperlink dialog on WordPress, this apparent feature doesnt exist – there is no search field in any of the tabs.

    Ideas?

  • you are looking at a wordpress.COM help file

but you are at www.ads-software.com support forum, they are not the same

are you using .COM or .ORG? (wordpress hosted, or self-hosted)

EDIT: also, that feature is coming to www.ads-software.com software with release of 3.1, I have it on all my sites
