I’m not sure if this is intended or known behavior, but I’m getting “-ing” and the like as widows. Adjusting the widow settings does not seem to affect this.

Is this known behavior? Is this a bug?

I can of course mark last words of each paragraph with class=”noTypo” to prevent it, but it would be nice if preventing this were automatic.

I’ll have a look at it if it can be integrated with dewidowing, but right now this is not so much a bug but a non-feature. However, you can control whether hyphenation occurs for these cases via the min_after_hyphenation property.

If doesn’t help your use case, I need you to provide both the exact settings for hyphenation and widow control (in addition to example input and output strings).

I assume the issue has been resolved.
