I am building a WaaS WordPress Multisite network with WP Ultimo.
I can see that you integrate will with WP Ultimo but I don’t know if your plugin will be able to do what I need.

The idea is that my clients will get an all-in-one solution for their CRM, email marketing and business email inbox all inside my WaaS, so they don’t need to sign up for all kind of 3rd party services.
When they create a site, they should automatically get a business email (like: [email protected]) that works out of the box without doing SMTP settings or anything.
All emails will be billed on my SendGrid account, so they don’t need any account them self.

I tried your free plugin on a normal WordPress single installation and tried to see how one should connect their SMTP service in the settings like described here:
    https://zerobscrm.com/feature/mail-delivery/

But how does it work when using your plugin on a WordPress Multisite?
Will every subsite then need to setup their own SMTP or can I run it all through my own SendGrid account?

    Hi @danielwebdesign

Interesting question – great to hear you’re thinking of using the CRM with multi-site & Ultimo.

The current guide on ZBS CRM with Ultimo is here: https://kb.zerobscrm.com/knowledge-base/zero-bs-crm-wordpress-multisite-and-wp-ultimo/

.. But I don’t think we’ve explored auto-populating SMTP Mail Delivery methods via Ultimo, so I couldn’t say whether or not that’s possible with an automation (it may be, but I’d suspect it won’t be, out of the box).

Ultimately the Mail delivery methods are quite simply stored in settings (the passwords encrypted), so if you’re familiar with php you could probably write a script which does this automatically, depending on where/how your SMTP setup is run. (e.g. how does the users email get created?)

    Hope this helps

    Woody
