• Glitches everywhere after the new update. I am losing donations left and right. I wrote for help over 5 days ago and still no reply. Apparently the author doesn’t realize when you make a plugin that non profits rely on, that it would be best to answer their concerns quickly. I can not tell you how much money we lost since this problem started. If I could give zero stars I would. I am building a new site without any remnants of your garbage plugin left behind. I now know why it’s free.

    Hey @dalooch – I’m sorry to hear you have had a bad experience using our plugin. We never want our users to be frustrated and of course to miss out on any donations whatsoever. Did you know you can easily rollback to the prior version using this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-rollback/ That may resolve your immediate issues while we work out your bugs.

    We try our hardest to provide responses to the free support forum within 48 hours (not including weekends). However, we do serve our paying customers first which may be why your issue didn’t receive a response until today. That said, we’d love to help you resolve the two issues you mentioned in your thread and change your mind about Give.

    @dalooch hi , I would like to tell you that give is one of the best plugin and I am also using give form long time , I didn’t get any issues . I think there was a problem from your side (may be any server issue). ??
