I am facing a problem of web disk space quota consumed

I am facing a problem of web disk space quota consumed. Actually within some days i found an error of disk space quota full in my control panel, when i tried to locate the problem i found bunch of heavy files in wp-admin folder with the names of core.446523, core.447825, core.449244, core.450578, core.553058, core.556636, core.561333, core.563584 etc etc. all of files are around 175 MB. I delete them and disk space got empty but next day I found the same problem and now it is the routine work. I delete daily and found again daily the same or related types files that consume my disk space.
Please help if somebody knows about this problem.
