I am getting 503 and 500 errors, this plugin will help to fix ?

Hii, i am getting 503 and 500 errors on my site for sometime, i on godaddy hosting, they are unable to help me out with this, but someone suggest me to check error logs, which was showing lots of errors. So the question is, this plugin can fix the problem ?.
