i am getting blank screen after updating latest version

Where are you changing the debug option (in the wp_config.php file)?

its on server. changing debug in wp-config.php only.

not getting u exactly what u r trying to say.

I suppose since wp-config is unable to enable error logging. It could be the way in which you have setup your server.

1) If it is a leased server, speak to the guys in charge to assistance

i dont have access to php.ini file. but i think there is issue with virtue theme all other themes are working fine with all plugin. its done after updating theme.

I understand. But to be able to view the Php errors instead of the white screen of death, you need to have php error logging enabled. Speak to your hosting provider.

don’t have anyone else reporting this? Also can’t re-create. Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the theme?

It would be good to turn on your debug mode so you can see what error is causing it. Have you tried clearing caching and deactivating plugins?
