    hello,

    I am using the plugin on my website without any problems.

    I am having 2 different problems.

    Firstly, when the visitor visits the page with the gallery, the images found do not appear correctly. Refreshing the page fixes the problem.

    My other problem is that I don’t want the gallery I created to move when I hover it with my mouse. I want it to appear as a still image. how can I do that?

    On my side galleries on your website are loading correctly, does the issue still persist on your side?

    As for the second question – to disable zoom effect on hover, please navigate to themes -> edit the theme you are using -> disable hover effect for the layout you are using (Please, See screenshot)
