    Hello, i have been having issue in in Jetpack crm, it is not sending email when a new client portal is created, i even have connected my business email but still it is not working, it is working when i test it from crm settings, it is even working with crm email sending section, but not with client portal created notification and password changed etc. Please guide a little about it weather its a bug or it isn’t possible in the free version and it is available in the paid one? thank you

    Are you getting any error messages or notices when you try sending the email?

    Could you please share some screenshots of the steps you’re taking so we can try to replicate this issue and see if this is a bug?
