I am having some problems — Please help

  • I can save changes, but when I hit the button to save changes, it takes me to :
    /wp-admin/post.php — and displays a blank screen. The changes post but it is annoying going to the blank screen.

    I am not sure if this is related but I when I registered a new user it takes me to a blank screen as well? This hasn’t worked yet?
    Is this becuase you can’t have 2 users with one IP.

    My permalinks stopped working as well, so I had to turn off the category links.?

    What should I do upload all new files? if so which directories?

  • What are you running your WP installation on? PHP and Apache? or what?

    If Apache, check to make sure your .htaccess is accessible and can be written to. OR…make sure you have a .htaccess file in the root directory. I’m not expert by any means, but this may have something to do with it.

    I have solved most problems: plugin:
    customizable-post-listings.php was causing all the problems

    my permalink problem:
    I want to have all my listings show /%category%/%postname%/
    and when I turn it on, it can’t find any posts.

    I had this on and working in the past, now it is just not finding them?
