I am trying to set up my shipping settings to have two options in a drop down menu in the checkout page – a standard airmail flat rate for the whole world and an express airmail flat rate also for the whole world.

but so far I couldn’t – when I tried to do a test order all I got was the standard airmail option and there wasn’t a 2nd option for express airmail

he way I tried to set it up by making two shipping zones – both with the EXACT same zones – and one called standard and one express with pricing accordingly

i tried to watch youtube tutorials but that didn’t solve the problem

what exactly do I need to do to make it work?

    thanks!

    Hi there,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce – I’m happy to help.

The way that WooCommerce works is that if there are multiple zones for the same geographical area, it will only match the first one it finds ??

Based on what you’ve written, you’ll want to move the shipping method from the second zone into that of the first zone.

For more information on how shipping zones work, have a look at the following guide: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/
