Hello there,

Try to access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, and go to wp-content/plugins/ folder and delete that plugin.

Now install a fresh jetpack plugin from your WordPress dashboard.

If you have SSH access to your server you can navigate to the wp-content/plugins/ directory and delete the jetpack plugin directory. You can also delete the jetpack plugin directory through FTP/SFTP if you do not have SSH access. After you delete the jetpack plugin directory, you can install it again through your wordpress dashboard.
