I am not able to create a Submit Blog Post Form

I wish to add a feature wherein logged in users can submit new blog post from the logged-in the dashboard. I am not able to create a form for that. Could you please guide me or point me out to the tutorial for the same? Also, I would like to have the feature wherein the user can see a list of submitted post and their status (pending/published/draft) etc.
