I am not receiving sms codes for two-step verification

  • Dear all, I cannot access my WordPress account, because the two-step verification suddenly stopped working. It was working fine until recently, but today I am not receiving any sms coded for the two-step verification. Could you please help me? Thanks.

  • I have same problem. Itsrbeen over 10 hours and i jave not been able to receive my verification to confirm my login. I’m really desperate. I jave tried every possible means to reaxh foe support but no avail and its so fustrating. Especially when i jave to be logged in before accessing any forum or support. Pls review this no email support or form for emergencies as this. Especially for your paid users.

    Pls help me solve my problem.
