I am screwed with PROBLEMS!

Hi,
I had WordPress 2.9.2 Until This morning, I had many problems with it recently not from the begging, The main problem that I couldn’t access Admin Panel duew to “Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 17563648) (tried to allocate 311296 bytes) in” Errors, So no new posts , no new comments approval !, So I used the manual upgrade method to upgrade to the new 3.0 hoping it will solve the problems, But I got the same error, I decided to enable DEBUG mode in the WP-CONFIG file and it told me that ALL IN ONE SEO PACK causes a problem ( aiosup_migrate I think ), and another error saying to change from reister_widget to wp_register_widget() ( as I remember , SO I deleted the plugin for now and tried to login and I successfully did but the admin panel is totally screwed up !, 95% of widgets disappeared , Screen Options button and help button don’t work.

1.When entering posts page I get this error “
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 17825792) (tried to allocate 4864 bytes) in /home/-/public_html/wp-includes/kses.php(550) : runtime-created function on line ” In the half of the table and the rest of the page doesn’t load.
2.When trying to delete posts I get “Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 17563648) (tried to allocate 311296 bytes) in /home/-/public_html/wp-admin/menu.php on line 235”
3. When Entering Installed plugins page I get the same error in 2.

I’m using the official Arabic release and was using the official 2.9.2 Release .
Please Help I CAN’T DO ANYTHING!
