I am the new admin. of an existing site…Need aesthetic editing advice…

    I have been asked by a studio I work for to be their admin/updater for their existing website. The website was created on another computer and I can access the admin page. However, when I go to add posts I am having a lot of trouble with the text size, shape, and format because I can not seem to find those controls.

    When I look at tutorials online there are more buttons at the top of the space where you post new words…such as the “bold” button, or the “color text” button.

    since I did not create the website and I am editing online, do I need to download wordpress to my computer to have access to these tools? (If the site is up and running and hosted…how would I download and use the software when I don’t have access to some of that information?)

  • All editing is done on line. At the new post screen on the far right side of the visible buttons is one called kitchen sink. Click on that.
