• Hi legends,
I am new to WordPress and development.
I have been trying to edit the nav bar to a WordPress site but I can’t find anything on the wp-admin panel.
I searched for a menu option in appearance but its nothing there. I want to add one more tag within an option in nav-bar but can’t seem to find where to do this.

The URL to my site is and I want to add more options under sales menus but I am scratching my head for 3 days being unable to do that.
    Thanks in advance legends.

  • You have a custom theme, and it looks like the menu was hard-coded into the theme.

Kindly reach out to your custom theme’s developer for help with this… and specifically, ask about how you can manage the menu items yourself going forward.

    Good luck!

    Thank you, George,
But all other items in the nav bar are pinned on WordPress panel to edit except the Sales item.Is there a way I could open it and edit it.

Please provide a full-page screenshot to help me better understand what you’re dealing with, as I’m unable to install your theme because it’s a custom one.

You may upload your screenshot here https://snipboard.io/ and share the link here.

    Standing by.

    I really appreciate your help.

Looks like I misunderstood this. I thought you meant you could see and edit all the other menu items themselves (not the pages they link to), except SALES. But your screenshot shows you don’t have the normal WordPress interface for managing menus in classic themes (that should be at APPEARANCE => MENUS) at all.

So there are two issues here:

    1) If you want to point the SALES menu link somewhere else other than the homepage where it currently leads to (or change ANY of the menu links). Your site doesn’t have WordPress’ menu management feature, which should be activated by your theme. So the menus are either hard-coded into the theme’s files directly, or the theme has some other way of managing the menus.

    2) Or if you want to edit the content on the page where the SALES menu currently leads to (ie the homepage). I took a look at your site’s code, but I couldn’t find any of the usual WordPress clues (body classes) that would point to how the homepage was built.

Your active theme absolutely controls these two things. But as your theme is a custom one, it’s impossible for me or anyone else here to install the theme and help you figure these things out. I can’t even tell you if they can somehow be changed from the dashboard at all or will require editing the theme’s PHP files directly.

    Hey, ravi.
im looking for the solution too.
