i am unable to edit the notification email

    i we tested the same on opera neon, opera, firefox and IE everyone shows the same thing

    i can open the main window to edit the notification mail but the main window for the topic is minimized and or cant be resized or opened for editing.

    Hello!

    That looks to be a css conflict between the plugin and another plugin (or your site theme), could you create a support ticket at smartforms.uservoice.com so we can check deeper what is going on please?

    i did as you said i registered and added a support ticket for more then a week ago without any replies, So i am starting to think that i did something wrong?

    Oh sorry, yes i think something went wrong, currently there are no active tickets in the system. Did you go to https://smartforms.uservoice.com/ and click in ‘contact support’? a window should pop up where you can put your email and message.

    Could you please try again and let me know when you create the ticket here please? I will confirm you if the ticket was created or not.
