I am unable to install, uninstall or update any plugin on my wordpress, HELP?

  • As in the title, I am facing this problem from last few days. My website front page loads fine and even the dashboard too but when I open the “Installed Plugin” page the website starts to lag and when I click the Update button against any plugin required to be updated the loading starts and it never ends. Can’t even update the WordPress itself. It’s like my “Core-Update” has into some fault but then why can’t I uninstall the plugins?

    What can I do? Please help

  • This could be the problem with your hosting provider.
    Your server may not be able to handle the load of the website.
    try installing wp optimize plugin and remove unnecessary posts, comments and options from the site.

    I checked server load it doesn’t go beyond 20%-30% at a good day. I installed wp optimizer and done everything you said but still I get the same error. I cleared cookies and cache too but doesn’t work.
