• Hey i am using Kingcomposer plug in. I have affiliate links on my images. When a user clicks on my image then it goes to a affiliate link. The problem is that there is no way for me to make the affiliate link a “nofollow”.

I heard you can just add “rel=nofollow” at the end of the link but when i inspect the link using chrome it does not look like a proper nofollow link . It appears like this….

    <a href="https://www.playhubcasino.com/?affid=226540&camp=DEFAULT%22rel=nofollow%22" title="" target="_self"> <img src="https://thepornguy.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/pornhubscasino-600x330xc.jpg" class="" alt="Adult Sex Games, Adult sex games<img class=&quot;icon_title&quot; src=&quot;/wp-content/themes/twentynineteen/images/icons/games.png&quot; />" data-pagespeed-url-hash="934453131" onload="pagespeed.CriticalImages.checkImageForCriticality(this);"></a>

Is this a valid nofollow link ? I am just worried google will not recognize it as a no follow link

Also . I tried using the “ultimate nofollow” plug in but once i click the “nofollow” in the box it does not save.

    Any help or suggestions thanks!!

No, that’s not going to work. The block UI for image links is not set up to add arbitrary attributes. After you’ve inserted the image and set the link you can enter code editor mode (3 dot icon at upper right) and manually add attributes using proper syntax.
