I am unable to save changes after editing

    I am able to add products, but am not able to save edits. I get an “The page you are trying to access is restricted due to a security rule.” error. I have checked the .htaccess file as recommended in a previous post. There is nothing in there that would prevent editing. Please Advise.

    The error that you are getting above is usually not due to the plugin. If you’re getting a “security rule”, then it is likely caused by either some kind of restriction that’s been placed directly in your site or at the hosting level. Do you have any security plugins installed? Or maybe caching plugins that also have security-like features? Or do you have any plugins installed that restrict user accesses and roles?

    Not that i’m aware of. I do have an Anti-virus plugin and an anti-spam plugin.     Hi @culinden,

    As an experiment, could you try deactivating all plugins (besides ours) and see if it works? Or does it not make a difference?

    I disabled all plugins and changed to WP’s default theme and it still happens. It does not happen on older products. I am able to edit them.
