I am unable to see the editor in the backend for last 5-6 days on post pages

    Hi,

    I am facing a problem for the last 5 – 6 days in which my developre has been working and i engaged the hosting providers too yet no solution has come. I am unable to see the editor when i log on to the backend of wordpress only for my Home page and blog pages . The product page backend is fine and the overall frontend is fine. We have tried everything with the hosting

    They did the following

    We have found and removed a malicious .htaccess file in the /wp-admin/css folder.     We would like to let you know that we've tried WordPress core files replacement again for your website, but it didn't affect the issue.

According to the PHP errors, the elementor is rejecting your pages like if they were created with another plugin/builder

We'd recommend checking the php errors with the elementor's developers. You can find the errors in the following file:

/home/fishzfvc/public_html/error_log

    I have updated teh latest version of the theme today still the issue persists

  • Hi,

    To rule out a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor and Elementor Pro) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.
