seeing this too – the summary for the plugin is not showing compatibility for latest WP. anyone have any luck?

i am having the same problem – set ABC to IE 8 or lower, but in IE 11 the popup starts (although what happens is merely that the screen darkens – the popup itself does not show).
in Firefox, i have a different problem: i set ABC to FF 28 or lower but the script doesn’t seem to work, although i am using FF 26…
very strange, those two behaviours… maybe you can help me with these?

just wanted to add to my previous post: even when i set abc to “do not block IE at all” the ABC script to show the popup is executed – but just as incomplete as described in my previous popup. i have to deactivate the plugin until some solution for these issues is found.
