• Congratulations, this is a very well thought out plugin.

    I have been researching a booking system for my clients that works well in the free version, so the client can opt to purchase the pro version for more extensive needs.

    We’re aware of the issue #3, the new version will include the fix, sorry about that.

    Are you using the same email for a client and the admin? That might explain why you’re receiving two emails,

    The version 1.0.8 includes a fix for the issue #2 and #3.

    As for the first issue you’re mentioning we think you tried to purchase by using the email address of a staff member. We’re implementing a control that will block staff members to purchase its own services. That for sure will sort that issue out.

    @jan Dembowski I think I said that I did not know where to report bugs. Never opted using WP before. If I had given 5 stars, that would have swallowed away my testing. I am giving it my time too as a tester and possible customers. Thanks.

    Now to my latest testing:
    #1 You were right about the Admin and Client emails. Sorry… this time the client email didn’t work. Admin received email.

    #2 Works great. Thank you for the update, you guys are like spit fire. I also realized you made some updates to the payment.

    #3 Since I didn’t receive a client confirmation email, I do not know of the ‘Request Cancellation’ is working.

    Thank you very much for you reply. I’m glad to hear the the issues have been resolved.

    If you could use a different email address as client that will be great. We have tested it and we’re receiving the email as client, which includes the cancellation link.

    Also, we will add some controls in the new version that will avoid staff members purchasing their own services.
