    I asked to unsubscribe from Creative Mail service, why am I still got charged? Please refund me and stop all of your services on me, I do not need your service which took days from me and went no where.

    I talked to Jeff – your Compliance Team and asked him to cancel all of my registration. I registered twice because the first one did not work, and I was advised to use another email to register one more time.

    I also send Jeff the email complaining about your service clinging to me like a virus even I requested to stop. It is a waste of time from the begining, and until now, after several weeks. I can not believe that I still have to sit here wasting my time on it.

    @van88 you can send the details to [email protected] please also include a link to this topic and the request to cancel all your services in the email. Make sure to include the email address you used to register for CreativeMail as well.
