I bought a plan with an incorrect email

About 3 days ago I bought a professional plan on the page but unfortunately I have placed the wrong email so I have not received the access data and I’m not able to log in or reset the password since is a wrong email. I have written to the chat or sent an email but no one responds and I read that it only takes “a few hours” what I don’t know why I had to wait this long since I need to be able to continue with my website. Could anyone help me? thank you very much ??
