I bought the job posting add-on

I believe you might be referring to the old WPSSO JSON add-on, which was deprecated over a year ago. The following add-ons have all been deprecated over the past years and are no longer available:

• WPSSO Inherit Parent Metadata
• WPSSO Schema JSON-LD Markup
• WPSSO Organization Markup
• WPSSO Place and Local SEO Markup

Their features have all either been integrated into WPSSO Core, or been replaced by a different add-on (for example the WPSSO ORG and PLM add-ons were replaced by a better add-on to manage both organizations and places as custom post types).

You can continue to use the WPSSO JSON add-on if you wish, but since we no longer develop or test that add-on for compatibility, we do suggest deactivating it.

Where can I find the WPSSO JSON add-on? Your plugin told me to deactivate and delete it and now I can’t seem to find it anywhere on your pages where the other add-on are featured. When I paid for the add-on I was not informed that support for it would end. I would not have bought the add-on if I thought it would be discontinued.

We can never tell what will happen in the future, to this plugin or any other plugin (or anything else for that matter). In the case of the WPSSO JSON add-on, it was discontinued back in October 2021 and it’s features integrated into the WPSSO Core Standard and Premium plugins. WPSSO JSON Premium add-on support is available from https://surniaulula.com/support/ and the last version available may continue to function as intended, but is no longer actively maintained or tested for compatibility with the WPSSO Core plugin. For this reason, we do suggest deactivating the add-on. Unfortunately the WPSSO JSON Premium add-on is no longer available for download, but you can request the last version of the ZIP file from https://surniaulula.com/support/.
