I broke my site and have no idea how to fix it!!

Heh yeah this is awful. Right now I have my site nitruc.com masked behind another site moviestinger.com/nitruc. I went to the settings and saw the the blog was listed under the actual address and not the mask, so I changed it to see what would happen. BIG MISTAKE! Now my entire site is broken. When I go to the homepage the theme doesn’t show and it just shows text. When I try to login at /wp-admin/ it shows text and no theme then doesn’t do anything when I enter my username/password… I tried deleting and reuploading the wordpress files to my server and it didn’t fix the problem.
